Description

To ensure safety and security of inside & outside the Shopping mall premises.
To inspect and monitor deployment of guards as per roster and run a smooth administration of the security team.
Identify probable Security threat & risk in the establishment to safe life and assets.
Provide required regular training & counseling to security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their quality security services.
Liaison with local Govt. officials / Stakeholders/ law enforcement authorities/ related personnel to resolve problem as and when required.
To cooperate Security personnel recruitment as per company policy.
Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor / Masters in any discipline.
RETIRED OFFICER FROM ARMED FORCES WILL GET PRIORITY.

Experience Requirements

At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements
