Description
- Supervise the furnace operation for achieving targeted production
- Ensure optimum wastage control and improve the control system
- Select scarp and charge the scarp, sponge iron, cast iron in the furnace accordingly
- Melting the raw materials in optimum time and to achieve maximum lining life of the furnace
- Before tapping check ladle thoroughly
- Proper communication and coordination with CCM section
- Checking of technical specifications data and test reports properly
- Providing guidance and technical advice to the subordinates
- Allocate duty to subordinate and man management
- Maintain floor shop house keeping
- Supervision, monitoring and record keeping of all related works.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production report.
- Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through discussion, motivation and team work.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
