- Minimum 05 years with proven track record (At least 01 year in similar role)
- Professional Requirements: The candidate should be technically sound in Woven Garments commercial & supply chain process to prepare yearly import/export customs statement as per permitted format. Must be capable to handle incentive-bond-customs issue independently with aggressive target centric attitude. Should have practical experiences about customs passbook entry based on UD consumption / amendment and bond facilities extension process. Solid idea about inter-bond transfer activities, general bond & lien bank formalities. Should be responsible for IRC, ERC activities. Able to work under pressure with long working hours. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment. Maintain solid liaison with factory management about customs audit, bond activities, external audit issues. Should be a team player to express performances within a vast working platform of 100 lines factory. Work experience with similar level setup is a plus but not mandatory. Strong people management and communication skills. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper commercial operations and procedures. Good understanding of core business aspects.
