Description
- Generate and evaluate new product ideas, packaging changes and concepts.
- Identify business opportunities and formulate product concepts.
- Conduct market research, compile data Spearhead the end-to-end product development of disruptive products and services.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships, leveraging on partners’ unique assets and capabilities that will expedite go-to-market strategies.
- Secure proper business approvals for the development and launch of new products/services.
- Evaluate volume, timing and product for impact to manufacturing cost.
- Track and assist with elimination of non-standard operations to the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Teams, production and other stakeholders in monitoring product performance from launch stage and initiate appropriate solutions in case of product rollout problems.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/ MBA in Marketing from any recognized University with Science background in SSC & HSC.
- Skills Required: Business Development

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years’ experience in product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bangla.
