• প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের ঘুম থেকে ওঠার ঘন্টা দেওয়া নিশ্চিত করা, পিটিতে উপস্থিত থাকা ও পিটির সময় হাজিরা নেওয়া।
• হোস্টেল ক্লিনিং সুপারভিশন করা ও মাসিক হোস্টেল ক্লিনিং চার্ট তৈরি করা।
• ছাত্রদের সান্ধ্যকালীন স্টাডির সময় উপস্থিত থাকা ও হাজিরা নেওয়া। প্রতিদিন বিকালে মুভমেন্ট রেজিষ্টার চেক করা। খাওয়ার সময় ডাইনিং এ সময়মত উপস্থিত থাকা।
• হোস্টেলে কোন রকম সমস্যা হলে তা অফিসে জানানো এবং তাৎক্ষনিক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা।
• দুপুরে খাওয়ার পর হোস্টেল চেক করা, যাতে কেউ উপরে না ঘুমায় এবং লাইট/ফ্যান বন্ধ নিশ্চিত করা।
• হোস্টেল সুপারকে অবশ্যই হোষ্টেলে রাত্রি যাপন করতে হবে, কর্তৃপক্ষকে না জানিয়ে হোষ্টেল ত্যাগ করা যাবেনা।
• বাবুর্চিদের সুপারভিশন করা এবং কিচেন এর আশপাশ ও আসবাবপত্র পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা নিশ্চিত করা।
• হোস্টেলে সুস্বাদু ও মান সম্মত খাবার পরিবেশন নিশ্চিত করা।
