Description
- Perform system level executions.
- Financial execution & dispute resolution
- Business UAT/ Sanity Check participation and coordination with Technology Operation & cross-functional business teams
- System monitoring & troubleshooting
- Prepare operational process documentation/workflows
- Collect and prepare document of operational requirements for project and new initiatives
- Participate in the problem resolution
- Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes.
- Prepare weekly and/or ad hoc activity reports
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,ICE,IT,EEE
- Skills Required: Data Analysis, SunOS, XML
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
- Knowledge in XML
- Basic knowledge in SunOS Commands
- Good data representation & reporting skill
- Ability to document operational processes
- May require to work in roster
