Description
- 1. Operational:
- Product-specific business performance analysis, budgetary comparison and variance analysis, relevant campaign tracking and reporting as per management/Board/investor requirement and timeline;
- Regular data mining and analysis of ongoing customer and channel campaigns, and divisional projects;
- Managing people and projects across Commercial, Marketing and Finance & Accounts divisions in order to accelerate cross-divisional dependencies;
- Forming realistic financial assumptions and envisioning impacts regarding divisional campaigns and projects;
- Driving meaningful analysis regarding bKash products and campaigns, and reporting as per business/management requirement;
- Forecasting and tracking revenues generating from core products, Commercial and Marketing divisional expenses and following up with the divisions regarding their upcoming plans and necessary budget requirements, changes or apportionment.
- 2. Strategic:
- Finding out the scopes where the team could add further values to the business through introducing better ways of doing things or managing projects;
- Assisting teammates in formulating its strategic visions and driving master projects
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Additional Requirements
- Engagement to a mobile financial service/mobile banking function at any point of the career would be considered an added advantage
- Capabilities in conducting mathematical calculations and driving meaningful insights;
- Reasonable understanding about revenue build-up, costing methods, budgeting and forecasting tools;
- An entrepreneurial and a socially confident attitude;
- People skill in terms of understanding, recognizing and dealing with differences in knowledge, attitudes and beliefs;
- Reasonable understanding about data-processing software, predominantly Microsoft Excel, and data visualization.
