Description
- Reviewing the channel & distributors business process to ensure effectiveness of the internal controls controls according to the company policies, laws & BB regulations.
- Evaluating and assessing risk of different business risk and support units.
- Performing risk based monitoring to identify the root cause of the control gaps and reporting to the concern departments
- monitoring and following up prior findings and ensure the agreed action plans are implemented
- preparing periodic action reports with proposed action items based on the visit findings and business understandings
- approaching proactively to determine business &compliance risk through development of partnerships with concerned departments
- assisting in development of annual market monitoring plan through assessing risk factors and highlighting the risk prone areas within the organization
- Conduct AML/CFT awareness health check on distributor houses
- Determine the agent point compliance
- Conduct field survey to validate grey transaction assumption on demand.Conduct ad-hoc (special) assignment or investigation according to the requirements
- Propose value added recommendations for each business risks identified during market monitoring to improve business operations. Use knowledge of the business and on risk management in identifying fit for purpose control solution.
- Conduct field visit & determine the market monitoring strategy based on the requirement
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline
