Description
- Integrate and configure different types of campaign in core platforms/campaign Management Platform.
- Manage, implement, monitor and ensure UAT (technical & business) of all campaigns.
- Segment base loyalty programme management (customer, channel & Merchant)
- Proactive approach to ensure campaign requirements.
- Complaint handling and reconciliation
- Ensure proper documentation before campaign launch
- Campaign to campaign analysis
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation/Graduation in EEE/ICE/CSE/IT/ETE with minimum CGPA 3
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Sound Knowledge to integrate and configure different types of campaign in MFS or Network Provider
- Should have mature Knowledge in B2C (business to consumer) and B2B (business to business) campaigns.
- Adequate knowledge in loyalty management program functionality (customer, channel & Merchant)
- Should have positive mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders under pressure to cater business requirements
- Be a logical thinker to solve problems and offer solutions to stakeholders
- Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns
- Understand current marketing trends.
- The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
