- Sales- Achievement of Dealer Secondary Sales Target.
- Activation- Achievement of Dealer Smartphone activation Sales Target.
- POS Coverage- Ensure Dealer 100% direct coverage of 95% outlet.
- SKU Placement- Dealer SKU Placement as per retail Smart phone placement guideline.
- Dealer Management- Ensure dealer performance (Investment, credit analysis, Sales target achievement, dedicated SR, set-up, service support, coverage, reporting, compliance) supervise, train, and lead the zone sales team.
- Product visibility and POSM visibility- Product available & eye level display as per category-wise outlet. Execute POSM distribution plan as per company’s instruction.
- Retailer visit- Market visit, build rapport with the retailers to ensure loyalty. Handle service problem and give product information in time.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline

- At most 2 year(s)
