Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be required to prioritize coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on business results.
Report monthly on business development.
Meet existing distributors, dealers and support them to fulfill their sales target and take effective measures for enhancing sales.
Meet Distributors and Dealers in the localities and pursue them for fulfilling sales target.
Coordinates the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers’ expectations are met.
Collect market information, competitors’ information etc. and provide feedback to concerned officials.
Achieve the target of commercial and industrial customers in the localities and work aggressively for increasing sales.
Appraise periodically the performance of subordinates against set standards of performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct merchandising activities for brand promotion in the assigned areas.
Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. Distributor & channel management, credit management (Distributor) & ensuring all market & company requirements are fulfilled.

Job Requirements:

BBA/MBA (Major in Marketing)/Master’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 Years sales experience in reputed industry/FMCG.
Experience in LPG sector will be highly preferred.
Strong understanding of distributor/dealer management strategies
Excellent Communication skill
The candidate who has the right skills,knowledge & attitude as well as passion go with us
