Description

• Maintain effective communication & liaison between workers and management.
• Counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
• Counsel the absentee workers with a view to reduce absenteeism & migration
• Look after workers’ welfare.
• Collect grievance of workers & confirm with management to resolve workers’ problem, complaints or grievances.
• Conduct awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation,
• Advise and brief workers on use of PPE.
• Check the workplace cleanliness time to ensure hygienic atmosphere.
• Liaison with production floor and other departments.
• Suggest female workers about procedure of availing maternity leave and maternity benefits.
• Other tasks as and when given by the management.

Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably psychology)

Job Nature: Full-time

Salary Range: 25,000/-

Other Benefits: As Company Policy
