- Greeting people entering the office, answering questions, providing directions and alerting staffs when someone is there to meet or visit them.
- Receiving deliveries and mail, organizing them to be distributed to the correct recipients and ensure delivery to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
- Serving as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling over the phone.
- Maintaining the reception area, keeping it formal and free of clutter.
