Description
- The Bank is looking for young and dynamic candidates to enroll in the Entry level Training Scheme of the Bank for a period of 18 (eighteen) months for on the job training in all the areas of Banking. Upon successful completion of ‘on the job training period’ the Trainee Executives may be absorbed in the Permanent Cadre
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00
- Post Graduation qualification will be treated as an added advantage
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Good command in English both oral and in writing
- Conversant in MS Office applications
- Should be prepared to work at any part of the Country

Salary Range:
- The Trainee Executives will be entitled to receive a Gross Training Allowance of Tk. 25,000/- per month during the first 12 (twelve) months of Training and Tk. 27,500/- per month during the following 6 (six) months. Upon successful completion of the Training the Trainees may be absorbed in the Permanent Cadre at the grade of an Officer. Then he/she will be entitled to regular salary along with other admissible benefits as per the Policy of the Bank
