Description
- Create financial statements of the company
- Formalize profit/loss reports
- Deal with company suppliers’ payments and adjustments
- Propose cost control and find out discrepancies.
- Keep track expenses and log them for reporting in proper accounting standards.
- Keep original & copies for crosschecking during Audit in matters of both Saleable products, Office use items and Fixed Assets.
- Maintain the whole accounting system well as with accounting software.
- Assist with tax audits, tax returns & annual budget.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries.
- Support month-end, year-end close process.
- Collect and update the record of Annual Subscription paid by the members.
- Maintain petty cash and day to day transactions.
- Prepare Financial Reports as required and submit to the Executive Board within stipulated time.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).
- CA- complete/ongoing will have an additional advantage.
- Skills Required: Microsoft Office
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)

- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in relevant Position.
