Description
- Overall controlling and management of corrugated cartoon packaging factory.
- Design, implement, and facilitate long term and short term business plan for corrugated cartoon packaging.
- Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth functioning.
- Maintain close liaison with marketing department for receiving Buyer’s order and scheduling production program.
- Monitor and ensure on time delivery of cartoons to different export oriented garments factories in order to shipment schedule.
- Provide requisitions for procurement of papers to make the production program in consultation with marketing department.
- Minimize consumption of resources – raw materials and energy.
- Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management.
Educational Qualification: Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University.

- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- At least 10 years of relevant experience from any Corrugated Carton out of which 1- 2 years should be in similar position.
- Demonstrated experience in corrugated cartoon process, policy and systems.
- Ability to deliver demanding business objectives and goals.
- Excellent leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization.
- Excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English.
- Familiar with MS-Office.
