Description
- Conduct individual associate and team based skills gap analyses through coordination with IE and Production Department.
- Develop industrial sewing machine operation training courses for all level associate (for fresher, semi-skilled and multi-skilled associate)
- Conduct industrial sewing machine operation-related trainings which covers processes of all type of Tops and Bottoms garment including any new machine and process through mock production activities in a well-equipped training center.
- Organizing machine test & visual test for the fresher associates during the interview process.
- Ensure all new hires undergo basic technical training (e.g. technical and security guidelines)
- Liaise with dynamic industrial experts and organize workshops with necessary training contents to make the associates more focused and committed in the work place. For example, Efficiency Development, 5S etc.
- Measuring improvements and ensuring skill matrix for the associates at the end of each course.
- Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning process.
- Prepare and maintain the training Records as per the company standard and customar requirement.
- Close follow up of the Trainees during the job training.
- Work with HR & IE on basis of Labor Turn-Over for each month and train the candidates as per the business requirements.
