• Coordinate with factories for renewal of licenses.
• Update and upload of Secretarial System of Bangladesh factories
• Draft legal agreement
• Prepare secretarial budget
• Draft agreements for Epic Bangladesh entities
• Sync with the factories and concerned personnel regarding their sought agreement demand and provide them accordingly.
• Vet various documents and agreements before execution
• liaison with Epic’s external legal advisors on legal requirements.
