Description

Responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues with Customs Bond.
Follow up all L/C and UD and UP formalities.
Ensure the In-bond Ex-bond related job.
Ensure required documentations for Bond License/Audit for renewal;
Ensure yearly import/export customs statement for bond audit and yearly import/export customs statement
Follow up and prepare PRC for customs bond audit.
Follow up Annual Import Entitlement with customs bond.
Follow up of all work related of BGMEA, BKMEA, BPGMEA & DEDO;
To maintain a strong liaison with the customs office and other government bodies related to customs & bond, BIDA/Department of Textile, Chief Controller of Import & Export (IRC, ERC)
Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, VAT, EPB) and all other related licenses from licensing authority.

Educational Qualification: Masters/ Bachelor’s from any reputed University.

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

Age 35 to 40 years
Must have practical experience in commercial department related with custom bond licensing issues.
Should be expert in handling Bond licensing issue, Custom Auditing, UD, UP, IP, EP, Entitlement, License renewal, General Bond etc of a large group/ Knit Composite & Textile industry.
The incumbent will have to work independently and ensure smooth implementation of all the custom related jobs independently.
Computer skill in MS-Office, MS Excel, Windows OS, PDF, e-mail and Internet browsing.
Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
Self-motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.
Adequate knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, Customs and bonded warehouse matter, Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR & other delegates etc.
Must be update on the latest Customs and International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.
Knowledge about handle of Port and Customs Operation effectively.
Should have good analytical ability and high level professional integrity
