Description

Troubleshoot complex enterprise networks to quickly resolve downtime and outages
Act as a focal point for high impact, large account problem resolution
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation of factors
Develop expertise in specific areas (i.e. technology, product). Transfer this skill in order
Manage issues/customers by setting expectations and meeting/exceeding those expectations to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Effectively communicate issues to engineers within the support team, and resolutions/work-around to the customer
Receive minimal supervision, no instruction on routine work, and general instruction on new assignments
Applies analytical skills and technical knowledge to resolve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
Analyze, configure and troubleshoot Core, Distribution, Access layer switches and networks

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Science in EEE Reputed University
Should have valid CCIE /CCNP Certifications
Should have valid F5 (101 and 201) Certifications

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Strong practical knowledge of troubleshooting Routing, Switching and Firewall
Strong practical knowledge of protocols including Multicast, HSRP, TCP/IP, IPSEC, and WLAN
Strong practical knowledge of Cisco platforms including Nexus, Catalyst, ASR and ISR series routers
Should have experience in ISP or CISCO Partner
Extensive experience working with CISCO product
Have Experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Firewalls, VPNS, and IPS solutions for their networking environments.
Applies analytical skills and technical knowledge to resolve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
Analyze, configure and troubleshoot Core, Distribution, Access layer switches and networks

Experience: At least 8 year(s)

Age: Age 30 to 40 years

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
