Description
- To assist in the full range of human resource management and related functions.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, performance appraisals, and turnover analysis and absenteeism rates etc. Maintain manpower records and organized data and bank reports.
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are properly followed.
- Handling disciplinary actions for the employees in accordance with labor law and company policy.
- Communicate with existing clients and also create new clients.
- Provide smooth service.
- Maintain Stock and prepare monthly report.
- Invoice and bill prepare.
- Arrange training program.
- Maintain sales report.
- Sometimes attends corporate meetings.
- Provide Customer care service.
- Doing all kinds of office work given by manager.
- Assist Concerned Supervisor/ Manager in day activities.
Educational Qualification: BBA/ Hon’s/ Masters in business background.
Job Nature: Full-time
Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara)
Salary Range:
- Tk. 20000 – 35000 (Monthly)
