Job Location: Dhaka Head Office
Basic Requirement:
Education: Master degree , HRM educational background will get preference
Age: Minimum age 30 years and maximum age 40 years
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HRM, Training & Development

Contract Information:
Consolidated Remuneration: Tk. 40,000 (per month)
Contract Period: 2 years (including minimum 6 months in probation period)
Job Assignment in Brief:
- Leading the HRD upon organizational standards
- Managing & organizing Training, Workshop and other staff development program
- Assessing the Training need (TNA), workshop need, other staff developing need
- Supervising and improving the existing working system
- Identification of ‘deficiency in the required skills’ and arranging cost-effective workshop and training
- Effective team management to keep members sufficiently involved and motivated
- Managing work with maximum audit compliance
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Capacity Requirement:
- Proven experience in HR development and knowledge of national and international HRD practices
- Having Capacity to facilitate Training/Workshop & Report Writing
- Must be good in English Language & Communication
- Ability to understand and reflect the organization’s HRM & HRD standards
- Basic ability to identify, analysis HRD issues to control the cost of T&D
- Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural office environment & must be presentable
- Basic managerial capacity to build and manage a team and to work with and without top-down supervision
