Job Context: 

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to lead and manage the IT department at our corporate office. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of the organization`s IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Should have good knowledge of ERP Modules i.e., Accounting, Sales, Purchase, warehouse i.e., inventory Management, POS, Human Resources etc.
2. Manage IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and networks.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and propose technical solutions.
4. Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Should have sound knowledge of oracle database.
6. Should have sound knowledge of Linux administration.
7. Should have sound knowledge of SQL/PLSQL (Must have practical experience on Oracle Stored Procedure, Triggers, view and function.)
8. Ability to provide customized report from database when needed.
9. Liaising with programmers, applications/operational staff, IT managers and other technical staff.
10. Reviewing and managing database security, integrity and Backup & Recovery procedures (RMAN & Data Pump)

    Qualification & Competencies: 

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or equivalent.
• Candidates having professional certifications OCP, CCNA, MTCNA in the related field will get preferences.
• 3–5 Years Practical Experience in any reputed Industry.
