Description

To maintain shift quality control activities as a shift In-charge.
To assure the best quality bar.
Macro-etching of billets & micro-structure of TMT bar.
Process control parameter (Billet temperature, Actual Unit weight, Mill speed, TMT water flow rate & pressure) record.
TMT segment water pressure and water flow rate adjustment.
To carry out chemical composition test of billets and bar, tensile test, Bend & Re-bend
test of bar.
To maintain and keep all records quality control & assurance reports.
Make proper communication to all other Department.
Any other job assigned by the higher authority for the benefit of the company.

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from BUET
Freshers are welcome to apply

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

Age 23 to 30 years
1 year Experience in allied field will be preferred.
Strong Personality, Sincere, Energetic & ability to do work under pressure.
Ability to do work unusual hours.
Computer knowledge.
Must be adjustable with factory environment.
