Description
- To maintain shift quality control activities as a shift In-charge.
- To assure the best quality bar.
- Macro-etching of billets & micro-structure of TMT bar.
- Process control parameter (Billet temperature, Actual Unit weight, Mill speed, TMT water flow rate & pressure) record.
- TMT segment water pressure and water flow rate adjustment.
- To carry out chemical composition test of billets and bar, tensile test, Bend & Re-bend
- test of bar.
- To maintain and keep all records quality control & assurance reports.
- Make proper communication to all other Department.
- Any other job assigned by the higher authority for the benefit of the company.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from BUET
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 30 years
- 1 year Experience in allied field will be preferred.
- Strong Personality, Sincere, Energetic & ability to do work under pressure.
- Ability to do work unusual hours.
- Computer knowledge.
- Must be adjustable with factory environment.
