Description

To ensure progress of the project construction works as per schedule.
Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
To ensure that all logistics support i.e. materials including in-house supplies, detailing are available on demand at site so that project workflow will not be interrupted.
To prepare construction progress report and submit to the Management.
To prepare work schedule / Work program in MS Project Tools.
Collaborate with Engineers, Architects and Vendors for effective reporting of Exterior and Interior project.
Keep project related all design, documents, records and data ready to deliver as and when required.
Provide technical support at the field level in order to ensure quality implementation of the project.
Routine inspection and monitoring of project activities.
To check contractors bills and coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to ensure payment accordingly.
Conduct the site survey, design and assess the technical feasibility of developing the project.
To submit the requisition with proper product specifications by analyzing inventory.
Prepare all kinds of materials estimate as per drawing.
Supervise the safety and security of the project.
Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University

Experience Requirements

At least 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age at least 30 years
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in prominent high rise building construction Company.
PMP certified will get preference.
Good knowledge of BNBC Code.
Should have expertise in MS Excel & MS Project.
Capable to handle a project individually.
Excellent analytical ability, Interpersonal and Leadership skills are required for the position.
