Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process and also manage the employee new employee confirmation procedures.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Manage and oversee the appropriate compensation & benefits strategy for all employees.
- Issues job description to all employees along with SMART KPI.
- Conduct Disciplinary Action as per the procedures of Bangladesh Local Labor Law.
- Overall follow up of employee’s Attendance Management, Leave Management & Employee Database & personal file.
- Maintaining liaison with local govt. offices (DC, Industrial Police, RAB, Local police station, Titas gas, DESA, etc.)
- Monitor, evaluate and develop operating budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost effective manner.
Educational Qualification:BBA/MBA from any reputed university. (Preferably in HRM)
