Description

• To prepare drafting & vetting of various sorts of agreements, Contacts, (specially Land and Apartment related) Deeds, MOU, POA, Mortgage, Redemption of Mortgage, Loan Agreement, Memorandum of Title Deed, Personal Guarantee, Legal Notice etc.
• Have adequate knowledge and understanding in land documents.
• To provide Legal Opinion on Various Legal Matters or On Matters Related to Land Documents.
• Review of Loan and security documents of borrower of Banks, Leasing and any other financial institution.
• Visit to competent Authorities for documentations, follow up and keeping the record of the same.
• Capable to work with Real Estate related organizations like RAJUK, Public Works Ministry, NHA, AC Land office and Registry Office.
• Maintaining of all legal file, documents and provide report as and when required from the top Management.
• Well conversant with the company laws as well as other important issues of compliance.
• To handle labor court/ civil court / Criminal Court cases and close liaison with the legal advisor of the organization.

Educational Requirements: LLB (Hon’s)/ LLM from any Public University or recognized Foreign University.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 05 years in Real Estate/ Development Sector.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive Knowledge on Property Law, Land Law and Real Estate Act 2010.
• Conflict Management, Team Player, Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
• Able to provide Vetting all sort of Land related documents.
• Bangladesh Bar Council enrollment will be prioritized.
• Excellent writing skill in English & Bengali.
• Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
