Executive, Agency Services

Job Description

- Demonstrate pro-active ownership in managing various operational tasks of the Department.
- Ensure timely processing of expense bills, commission and salary.
- Processing and management of loans.
- Allocation & reconciliation of business application forms and other logistics.
- Gather data and prepare expense reports.
- Ensure timely processing of various payment related activities.
- Provide necessary support to various projects by providing data and by communicating with relevant stake holders and identifying essential solutions.
- Prepare and issuance of disciplinary action related letters.
- Prepare and issuance of different types of certificates, as business requires.
- Serve the existing customers of Agency Services Department
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Customer Centric with proactive & positive attitude.
- Learning agility
- Strong analytical ability and adaptive to new technology
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced level MS Office user especially in MS Excel
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be a team player
