Description

• Monitoring daily attendance, filed tracking of Showroom, Marketing and Water Pump department.
• Accelerate action plans to identify market/dealers along with new sales opportunities.
• Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper target and execution.
• Direct and supervise the smooth and effective functioning of sales operation to drive top-line growth in existing as well as new markets and prepare an innovative sales plan to achieve higher value realization.
• Evaluate scope to generate new ideas and develop existing processes/systems through Management approval.
• Develop a strong relationship with new and existing Dealers.
• Monitoring sales & marketing team daily activities and achieve the sales target.
• Follow up all the sales and promotions activities.
• Follow up company bad due collection.
• Enforce a performance-driven culture among all employees of sales department by implementing the existing/new performance management system.
• To develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve dealer objectives for products and services.
• To keep the management updated on periodical sales progress.
• Frequently visit potential dealers for direct sales and achieve the sales target.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
• Any other task assign by the management.

Educational Qualification:Masters degree in any discipline
