Description
- Supervise the team to ensure customer satisfactions.
- Standardization of work process.
- Enhance team performance as well as conducting team building and training programs.
- Lead & solve CSEs’ critical internal & external issues.
- Escalate critical matters to top management.
- Ensure on time PI done & credit recovery within deadline.
- Meetings the key vendors to review performance as well as critical matters.
- Any other task as and when required by the Management.
Educational Qualification: Graduates/Post Graduates/BBA/MBA (Marketing Preferable).
Employment Status: Full-time

- Age 28 to 35 years

- Sound Knowledge in MS Office.
- Proficient in English & Bangla.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
