Description
- Configure and maintain company network which includes, LAN and WAN using both Fortinet Firewall and Mikrotik CCR Router
- Ensure installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting of file server, network, sharing, network printing, hardware and software
- Configure and monitor DNS/active directory, FTP
- Linux and VMware vSphere skills a must
- Zimbra Email Server administration and deep troubleshooting skill is a must
- Provide help-desk and on-site technical support of hardware and software at factories, depots
- Update inventory of all hardware and software on Oracle EBS and Microsoft Excel
- Maintain proper documentation and vendor management
- Elastix IPPBX Phone administration
- Communicate with all departments and sections for IT support
- Grandstream IPPBX device, Zoiper IP Phone application skills
- Ensure and monitor network security using corporate firewall and bandwidth management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

- Skills, knowledge and successful experience in the service, maintenance and repair of desktop and laptop computers, printers and other IT equipments
- Experience in LAN, WAN, subnet mask, VPN, Mikrotik/Firewall Routing, Fortinet Firewall, wireless network systems, Access Control & CCTV System
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Very good communication skills
- Sound analytical ability
