Description
- Will be responsible to apply for license and renew the license from RPGCL, Explosive Department, for establishing refueling stations and workshops.
- Will be responsible to follow up all permission related work for all Navana owned stations pre operational tasks like: Fire license, Environment license, RHD works, DC office NOC, Energy regular works, City Corporation NOC, Traffic NOC, Trade license, Local Chairman NOC etc.
- Will be responsible to submit set up-related report to Explosive Department and visit each station with respective inspector for collecting license.
- Will be responsible to renew the Labor License each year and negotiate with the respective labor inspector for inspection report.
- Will be responsible to collect NOC, Cylinder import license, SRO etc. from Explosive Department and RPGCL.
- Will be responsible to identifying potential legal risks in the company and serves as an internal early warning system to management.
- Will be responsible to follow up of Legal documents/certificate such as Renewal of Licenses.
- Will be responsible to updating all land related documents such as Paying Land Tax, Mutation and other necessary Tasks.
- Will be responsible to analyzing media coverage and dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations.
- Will be responsible to any other activities as and when required by the supervisor.
Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
