Description

Construction related all functions in various buildings and land projects of the company.
Ensure quality of construction.
Maintain required progress of work and ensuring completion of project in time.
Budgeting and Estimating, proper budget application to projects and cost control.
Management of Project sites by coordinating between Management and Project sites.
Coordination with design and engineering consultants for effective implementation of the projects.
Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
Overseeing Supply Chain Management.
Ensure quality works and quality product 10. Authentication/certification of bills.
Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management time to time.

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Public University

Experience Requirements

At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age at least 40 years
