Description

To Plan and organize production schedules
Liable to increase production due time by eliminating the wastage.
To fix up target in collaboration of Top Management and achieve due time.
To oversee production processes, inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
Maintaining product, prepare equipment, machinery and strictly follow to safety & security, hygiene and other health and safety guidelines are your responsibilities.
Responsible to ensure cleaning and deep cleaning of all related individual designated areas of production.
Have to maintain quality control standards.
You will have to supervise the work of sub-ordinates.
Responsible for Manpower planning for smooth production.
Organizing relevant training sessions if needed.
Prepare and arrange production as per schedule and forecast.
To check availability of manpower allocation according to priority.
To keep record of all document related to production.
To take charge of full time to ensure the output of production.
To arrange raw & packing materials as per required.
To address & handle production employees- issues or grievances in collaboration with HR & Admin Department.
To assess project and resource requirements.
Any other tasks as/when assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements: MSc/MBS/MBA from any leading University. (May be relaxed for experienced person)

Special Requirement:

Skills Required: Computer skill, creativity, Export, Import, Supply Chain.
Demonstrate confident ‘Can Do’ attitude
Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
Only Male can apply.

Experience Requirements: At least 05-07 year(s) of experience required.

Age: Not over 40 years

Salary & Other benefits: As per Company Policy
