Description
- Scrutinize the Export/Import L/C terms & conditions.
- Assist trouble shooting expertise relating to Import/Export.
- Work with bank, EPB, BGMEA, Customs, Shipping line, Freight forward and C &F.
- Prepare Import L/C opening documents (Sight/EDF) as per terms of Proforma Invoice of Supplier.
- Prepare Export documents as per L/C terms, submit to Bank and negotiate/Purchase them and follow-up till the repatriation of the document value.
- Maintain pass book, Customs audit and related works in bond commissionerate.
- Maintain liaison with the concerned domestic and foreign authorities related to Export and Import.
- Check Cost Sheet & Sales Contract upon request from Merchandiser
- Team before opening B2B L/C
- Check all relevant paper for opening B2B L/C before submitting Bank.
- Check Import Register daily.
- Follow up on inspection and x-factory to hand over goods to C & F
- Export maintain Daily MIS chart
- Follow up TC payment schedule & submit
- Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time
Educational Qualification: Masters/ MBA Degree from a reputed university
Employment Status: Full-time

- Age 25 to 32 years

- Able to work under pressure
- Experience in ERP
- Have Good communication in English and negotiation skill
- Have excellent knowledge in Computer Applications.
- Must have thorough knowledge about the Unified Customs Procedures for Documentary Credit- 600, ICC rules for international transaction.
