• Ensure the Secondary Sales Target
• Maintain relationship with distributors & retailers by providing proper guidance.
• Create Retailers and Ensure Product visibility & availability within the assigned territory.
• Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Monitor & inform the competitors’ activities of your assigned area and update the
• supervisor from time to time.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales reports and compile and analyze sales figures.
• Visit regularly to the retail point and ensure prospects of sales
• Ensure order/payments/delivery of products to Distributors.
• Ensure product availability at Thana/Upazilla level.
• Increase sales and reach the targets/goals set by the management.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Masters from any reputed Private/Public University.

Experience Requirements

• 0 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) are preferable: Sales Marketing
• The applicants having experience in the following business area(s) are preferable:
  LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 32 years
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Results-oriented, self-starter who strategically plans for success
• Should have computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
