Description
Work in Sales accounts department (Accounts receivables) to maintain all relevant documents and ensure live operations of customer payments, DO, balance confirmation, invoicing gets done continuously – uninterrupted – on a daily and weekly and monthly basis.
Job Responsibilities-
- Work in Sales accounts department (Accounts receivables).
- Maintain customer documents.
- Prepare management reports
- Engage in live operations
- Check real time bank statements
- Confirm customer payments
- Update ledger
- Issue Delivery Order (D.O)
- Reconcile monthly statements
- Balance confirmation papers, customer invoicing etc.
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Cement Industry, Steel
