Description

• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors. So market visit is mandatory to get the product knowledge and understand TG.
• Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking effectiveness of that and reporting the findings.
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
• Participate in creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies. It is important to have experience in briefing (agency brief writing) in the interest of this work.
• Managing, design promotional offer and production of promotional materials. Have to know the tactic of staying within the boundaries of marketing allocation and stay on track with overall budget.
• Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as mason-engineer’s meet, trade shows, conferences, and festivals. As brand activation is the process of building awareness for a company by engaging directly with target audiences, candidates should have experience in it.
• Needs to have project management knowledge.

• Lead a team of Automobile engineers, Auto Technician, Denting and Painting mechanic, Tyre mechanic and lath technician.
• Maintain all vehicles in proper working condition to ensure optimum results.
• Follow up on all routine maintenance to ensure that all vehicles are in running condition.
• Inspect individual vehicles and ensure Quality Control of parts & services.
• Ensure availability of spares for breakdown & preventive maintenance.
• Maintain communication with store and purchase department for monitoring and ordering spare parts.
• Identify and implement various measures to improve efficiency of the vehicles.
• Monitor daily maintenance work.
• Minimize the maintenance cost of the vehicles.
• Maintain workshop hygiene properly.
• Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues.
• Evaluate and monitor the operating parameters and take immediate corrective action.
• Verify the fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling the KPL of each one.
• Report to the management on daily basis.

Educational Qualification:

    • Skills Required: Team Leading

    • At most 10 year(s)

      Automobile Engineering, Automobile Workshop Management, Building Construction
