Description

Product management industry road map specification, QA, deployment and documentation
Stakeholder relations and communication with banks and large customers
Understand customer requirement and discover, document software requirements
Collaborate with business teams and provide technical support
Operation and expansion of SureCash system and services
Design, maintain and monitor security system for SureCash system and services
Build and supervise a technical team
Lead the systems, infrastructure, SQA and tech support teams around the products.
Talk to the stakeholders and visualize the overall product/feature/integration modules
Cooperate with the software development team in day to day activities as well as for building better products with cutting edge technologies
Communicate with external organizations for technical integration, expansion, planning of services provided from SureCash or other product(s) of the organization. External organizations include Banks, Payment partners, international organizations etc.

Job Requirements

Need to have technical understanding of dynamic & complex software systems with live service platform and the ability to handle client communication.
Have a clear understanding of the products we’ve developed and the service architecture along with the standards, rules & regulations, legal issues, agreement deals around the core product/service.
Should be able to understand the data domain of the products and plan/provide reports for investors, partners, banks etc.
