Description
- Develop financial planning, institute operational guidelines and ensure compliance of the project. Plan, develop, institute and ensure financial record keeping and regular/periodic reporting as per the need of the zone / Project.
- Ensure adequate Accounts & Financial controls are installed. Provide Head of Accounts & Finance with an operating budget.
- Work with the Head of Accounts to ensure programmatic success through cost analysis support
- Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization. Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure recovery plan is in place.
- Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets.
- Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Educational Qualification: MBA, major in Accounting/ Finance/ AIS from a reputed University with CMA/ CA (Partly qualified)
Additional Requirements
- At least 7 years work experience in export oriented shoe manufacturing company
- Good English speaking & writing, familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and etc).
- Proficient in financial accounting system, auditing, Tax & VAT affairs, foreign exchanges, LC & Bank related works.
- Familiar with the whole process and management of accounting operation, financial accounting and auditing.
- Familiar with national financial laws and regulations, VAT & Tax policies and related accounting treatment methods; capable of analysis and judgment.
- Good communication skills, able to organize, coordinate and fast respond
- Good morals, optimistic, confident, a team player.
- Good at thinking and learning, timely learn and master the latest financial knowledge, adapt to the needs
- Knowledge in Tally ERP Software is also required
