Description
- Ensuring smooth Cement processing & production of the Cement Factory;
- Handling all operations related unloading raw materials and process flow of the cement for ensuring uninterrupted production;
- Making process up-gradation and ensuring quality of Cement;
- Analyzing the production to set production target;
- To establish new cement mill (Erection, Commissioning and production, etc.)
- To maintain all other related issues of the plant;
- Perform any other jobs assigned by the management;
- Coordinating with sales department.
Academic Requirements and Experience:
- B.Sc in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Production Engineering / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering from public university.
- The applicant must have minimum 15 years practical experience. 5 (Five) years’ experience in the position of Plant head in reputed cement industry will be given preference.
Job Location: Chattogram
