THE SANOFI ASPIRING LEADERS GRADUATE PROGRAMME – SEPTEMBER 2019 START

We believe that by providing a diverse range of experiences with a tailored skills development programme, our future leaders will be prepared to take on challenging new roles across Sanofi, in the UK or internationally.

Location – Sanofi’s Head office is currently based in Guildford, however in July 2019 we will be moving to the Thames Valley Business Park, Reading.

The Sanofi Aspiring Leaders Graduate Programmeconsists of three one-year rotation streams.

Scientific Sales & Marketing Business Operations & Support

Year 1 Scientific Advisor Account Manager Data Insights Analyst

Year 2 Pharmacovigilance Assistant Brand Public Affairs

Officer (PV) Manager Executive

Year 3 Medical Science Tender Manager Category and Shopper

Liaison Executive

At the start of the programme, successful applicants will be offered a full time contract starting in the most suitable rotation stream. As you move through the programme you may stay in the same stream or switch paths according to your interest and the business needs. During the final rotation, the programme leaders will work with each graduate to find their ideal role. Sanofi has a very large international presence and there may be opportunities for an international rotation year.

Along with working side by side with our experienced team members you will be assigned your own senior leader as a mentor.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have graduated in the past two years
  • Have the same sort of values as we do as well as a passion for healthcare
  • Be able to demonstrate a record of a high level of performance and delivery
  • Be a self-starter with the determination to succeed

Application process –

If you are successful at matching our initial criteria you will be asked to complete a video interview which will be sent online through a system called Easy Recrue, you can record your answers using either a mobile, tablet or computer. Use these questions as an opportunity to show us who you are and why you are the right person to join Sanofi. What is it that makes you tick, where have you ever gone above and beyond to make a difference? Make sure you have a think about your answers before you start to record.

We will use this data including any information giving on your CV to create a final shortlist of candidates. If you have not been successful you will be informed via email and unfortunately due to the number of applications we are unable to give personal feedback on your video interviews.

The final stage of the process will be for you to attend an assessment centre. You will be given the opportunity to meet some of your potential colleagues and managers whilst also learning a little more about what Sanofi is all about. The day will involve a group activity, case study and a face to face interview. We are only holding 1 assessment centre; therefore you will need to ensure you are able to commit to the following date before you apply to this role.

Assessment centre date – 12th November 2018 (should you be successful you will need to be available to attend on this day)
