Asst./ Deputy Manager (Customer Service)
- Maintain communication and liaison with clients as per company’s standard practice.
- Maintaining lay out approval procedure of building, coordinating with clients and land owners.
- Maintaining modification approval procedure consulting with architect, clients and land owners.
- Attend and maintain liaison with clients for their additional, special and modification requirement.
- Communication with clients for their final choice of finishing materials of their respective flat, price adjustment if any and finalize the material list, brand and quality.
- Visit project for cross check whether the work progress are as per the deed of agreement, approved modification and finalized finishing materials.
- Always liaison with project engineer about the update of the project, based on contract, approved modification and approved finishing material choice.
- Arrange to collect monthly installment from clients in time.
- Monthly installment and overdue remainder to the clients and visit them whenever required.
- Official corresponding or issuing letter to the clients for any delay charges, remainder for installment, regularize any expenses etc.
- Arrange meeting with customer and financial organization whenever it is required.
- Final check of company standard and clients additional works.
- After all clearance issue handover letter to clients.
- Hand over the final documents, keys and utility documents to the building committee and flat owners.
- Maintain building documents, essential paper sand all correspondence as per company policy.
- Any other responsibility assigned by management
- Masters from any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will get preference.
Employment Status: Full-time
- Age at most 45 years
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar job
- Knowledge on Microsoft office and computer typing skill in both Bangla and English.
- Excellent written and speaking skill in English.
- Able to work under stress
- Excellent interpersonal skill
