Description
- Must have work experiences with 100% export oriented Textile Industry.
- Must knowledge in Export & Import business.
- Knowledge in L/C Terms & Conditions, Deemed Documentation of Direct Expert, BTMA Preparation, Cash Incentive Collection, Follow-up shipment, Payment collection, PRC etc.
- Must have Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Knowledge of Customs Rules Regulations for Import, Follow up with supplier, shipping line, Follow-up L/C opening to goods receiving at factory.
- Experience on L/C issuance & order placements, lead times & communications with C&F agents for import functions.
- Prepare all kinds of shipping and others documents.
- Place booking to forwarder for Air & Sea shipment, check draft BL, FCR & HAWB, confirm for release OBL/HBL/HWAB.
- Ensure issuing of timely documents after receiving L/C from customer.
- Follow-up L/C balance report time to time and resolve all kinds of L/C related issues.
- To check all shipping documents before submitting to bank to avoid any kind of discrepancies.
- Experience to prepare sales contact for buyer.
- Any other task assigned by senior management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- M.Com/ BBA or MBA from any reputed institute/ University.
Employment Status: Full-time

- Age 28 to 35 years

- Conception of UCPDC 2007 Revision, ICC Publication no. 600.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Have a sense of urgency.
- Excellent persuasion skill.
- Should have excellent command in Computer. Operation particularly in MS Office.
