• Ensure all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible for the overall security of man, machine and information of the factory.
• Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations &verify materials delivery challan with an approved gate pass.
• conduct various security-related training for the development of Security.
• To ensure the security personnel is performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly, distribute duty distribution & follow-up/monitoring.
• Ensure proper security check during in and out the time of employees.
• and keep updating different types of registers (Guard’s Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer’s In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc).
• Ensure traffic management and logistics during in and out time.
