Grow and retain branch deposit book by bringing in low cost CASA from the market.
Grow and expand branch deposit book by sourcing Term Deposits from the market.
Expanding the bank’s business portfolio by acquiring new customers.
Retail Asset business development and growth for the bank’s profitability objectives.
Maintain the highest level of service with all customers as part of the bank’s customer centric service culture.
Customer engagement and relationship building for promotion of digital channels such as city touch and debit cards to current and prospective customers.
Engaging and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers to ensure proper monitoring of accounts and for future business prospects.
Business development initiative to popularize the use of cards in City Bank customers.

Educational Qualification: Min 4 Years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from any university.

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Proven leadership and team building skill with well developed coaching skills and people management
Sound analytical skill to generate and interpret MI, identifying trend, analysis of data etc
Good presentation skill, prepare reports with graphs, reasoning
Competency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio etc
Proper understanding of retail financial products (asset and liability)
Leadership Skills
