Description
- Grow and retain branch deposit book by bringing in low cost CASA from the market.
- Grow and expand branch deposit book by sourcing Term Deposits from the market.
- Expanding the bank’s business portfolio by acquiring new customers.
- Retail Asset business development and growth for the bank’s profitability objectives.
- Maintain the highest level of service with all customers as part of the bank’s customer centric service culture.
- Customer engagement and relationship building for promotion of digital channels such as city touch and debit cards to current and prospective customers.
- Engaging and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers to ensure proper monitoring of accounts and for future business prospects.
- Business development initiative to popularize the use of cards in City Bank customers.
Educational Qualification: Min 4 Years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from any university.
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Proven leadership and team building skill with well developed coaching skills and people management
- Sound analytical skill to generate and interpret MI, identifying trend, analysis of data etc
- Good presentation skill, prepare reports with graphs, reasoning
- Competency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio etc
- Proper understanding of retail financial products (asset and liability)
- Leadership Skills
