Description

• Support to field finance management, Communication to Branch level for financial reporting, Draft budgeting and forecasting, Draft cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments etc
• Assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently at branch level. Ensure that all financial policies of the organization are in compliance. Plan and optimize shareholders’ satisfaction level and develop best financial practices in the Organization.
• Assist and advise the management in financial decision making and also brief the Director Finance & accounts with finance related information as and when required.
• Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding the following matters at Zone/ Region/ Branch Level:
• Maintaining Accounts
• Financial Reporting
• Budget and Budgetary Control
• Corporate Tax and VAT Issues
• Automation
• Internal Control System
• Ensure all finance reports as required by management.
• Preparation of monthly Planning, Monitoring and necessary support & steps of Regional Finance Manager.
• Financial Controlling of Zonal / Regional / Branch level finance.
• Staff develop for Regional Finance Managers and Branch Accountants
• Frequently Field visit and necessary report to concern personnel for necessary steps.
• Preparation of Consolidated Annual Budget
• Preparation of Consolidated financial report
• Yearly Assessment of Regional Finance Manager & Branch Accountant
• Reviews and follow up of Internal Audit Report
• Check of Automation Report
• Controlling And Transfer of Cash and Bank Balance.

Educational Qualification:

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
• CA CC / MBA (Accounting)

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 35 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Experience in Communication/Public Relation/Media, Finance/Accounts, Fund Raising, Supervision, and Monitoring
• Working experience in NGO & Multinational Companies
• Should have good command in English both written and verbal
• Practical knowledge on computer operation (MS office) and email operation
• Team Building Skills
• Staff Management Skills
• Working experience in National and International NGO/Private Organization
