Description
- Candidates should have vast experience in dealing with organizational legal affairs.
- Preparing various kinds of deeds and agreements relating to property transfer and mortgage and in due course registration of the same with the Sub-Registrar Office;
- Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement agencies.
- Provide Legal support to employees concern issues under Labour laws.
- Maintains custody of legal documents of the Organization.
- To file cases on behalf of the Organization with the Police Station, Court or with any other court, tribunal and concern authority.
- To serve legal notices upon the clients of the Organization.
- To draft and file the cases on behalf of the Organization and to defend the cases filed against the Organization.
- Keep liaison with different regulatory authorities, government offices, and other relevant bodies.
- Checking of legal documents.
- Good execution skill and ability to work under pressure
Educational Qualification: Master of Law (LLM) in with LLB(Honors), Masters with LLB
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- In-depth understanding of the development issues particularly those affecting the governance sector, human rights and rule of law, civil, criminal and company laws.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Proven ability in self-organization, to work independently under pressure and deliver on time.
- Proven ability to work as a team member
- Capacity to resolve problem related to work independently
- Should have good command on English both written and verbal

- 3 to 5 year(s)
