Description
- Monitor sewing production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the sewing section.
- Discuss with planning and cutting department on daily basis regarding input requirement.
- Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Compliance.
- Ensure cost reduction by applying all technique to minimise defect and reduce extra hour work.
- Understand the buyers’ requirement and implement the necessary procedures in the production department.
- Develop & implement new technology & modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement to enhance productivity & efficiency.
- Monitor of productivity, materials, inventory & reconciliation of individual style.
- Daily monitor on sewing & finishing department to full fill order quantity to avoid any sort of short shipment & ensure shipment schedule.
- Evaluate staff performance, ensure & maintain floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
- To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualification: Degree in industrial & Production engineering, production management, Apparel manufacture Technology, or others related field.
Employment Status: Full-time
